We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
We are pleased to announce that, with a view to further strengthening our management structure and expanding our global business operations, we have appointed a new president as described below.
■ About the New President
Effective today, Yuki Furudate has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Yuki Furudate has been instrumental in our company's marketing efforts and has built up extensive experience and a broad network, particularly across Asia, with a focus on Taiwan.
Drawing on my track record and expertise to date, I will lead the company's next phase of growth while overseeing domestic and international marketing activities in my role as Executive Officer.
Under our new management structure, we will strive to further enhance our corporate value, accelerate the market expansion of the products we have developed to date, and drive sustainable growth.
In addition, Katsuyoshi Goto, who has served as Representative Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed Representative Director of the Security of Data Transfer Council (SDC), a general incorporated association established under our company's leadership, and will devote himself to managing the Council, which operates as a collegial body.

このたび、当社は更なる経営体制強化とグローバルな事業展開を見据え、下記の通り社長を交代いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
■ 新社長について
本日付で、古舘侑樹が取締役副社長兼最高マーケティング責任者（CMO）から取締役社長兼最高執行責任者（COO）に就任いたしました。
古舘侑樹はこれまで当社のマーケティングに尽力し、特に台湾を中心としたアジア全域において豊富な経験と広範なネットワークを築いてまいりました。
これまでの実績と知見を活かし、執行責任者として国内外のマーケティング活動を統括しながら当社の更なる飛躍を主導してまいります。
新たな経営体制の下、当社は企業価値の一層の向上とこれまで培ってきた製品の市場展開を加速させ持続的な成長を推進してまいります。
尚、代表取締役兼最高執行責任者（COO）を務めてまいりました後藤勝由は、当社が主導して創設した一般社団法人伝送データセキュリティ評議会（SDC）の代表理事に就任し合議体である評議会経営に専念いたします。
