Sees Co., Ltd. has commercialized and started marketing "Consensus Lock".

In the field of business, if it is not clear "who decided what and when," miscommunication and delays in response are likely to occur.

The issues include ambiguity in the content of meetings that leads to a gap in understanding, conflicts of responsibility that result from "I didn't hear anything about that," and too much time required to respond to contracts.

These issues can be resolved by keeping an agreed-upon record of ambiguous exchanges so that the entire organization can move in the same direction.

We developed "Consensus Lock" as a service to solve this issue, and constructed a mechanism to prevent unnecessary problems by mutually confirming and sharing the consensus and conclusions of all participants in a meeting.

After approval by all participants, the meeting minutes are locked and cannot be edited, and the contents of the meeting are recorded as NFT.

This NFT can be used as evidence.

We are pleased to announce that we have made the following changes to our board of directors with a view to further strengthening our management structure and business growth.

■ Change in Representative Structure

Hisao Ito, who previously served as President and CTO of the Company, will assume the position of Chairman and CEO as of today, and will be responsible for formulating and promoting overall management and technology strategies.

Katsuyoshi Goto, who has led the company's product development efforts as Director and Chief System Development Officer, has also been appointed President and COO.

He will be responsible for overall business operations and organizational management, and will strive to strengthen the system for faster on-site decision-making and execution.

With this change, the Company will have a two-person representative system and transition to a management structure that supports both strategy and execution in a well-balanced manner.

■ Newly Appointed Director

Satoshi Narita has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as of today.

Mr. Narita is a core member of Ito's technical development team and has been a key figure in Ito's core technical traditions, and will lead the planning and execution of technical strategies as a member of the management team.

Masanobu Tsuchiya has been appointed as Corporate Auditor.

Masanobu Tsuchiya's wealth of experience and insight will be used to further strengthen the Company's governance structure.

■ Retiring Directors and Corporate Auditors

Two members, Masataka Saito (Director) and Tetsuya Maruyama (Auditor), have resigned as of today.

Sees Co., Ltd. has completed the development of a "wireless I/O control Hashchain chip," a next-generation product for its blockchain IoT business, and has begun marketing it.

The "Wireless I/O Control Hashchain Chip" is a chip based on Sees' proprietary "Hashchain," the third layer of blockchain technology, and enables secure wireless I/O control in factories and local areas.

Currently, in many factories, data is transmitted between sensors, actuators, etc. and control devices via wired communication in an exclusive environment where Internet connection to the outside world is prohibited for the purpose of maintaining confidentiality.

Wired communication involves complicated cables, and the diameter of a bundle of cables around the control unit, where the largest number of connections are made, can be as large as several tens of centimeters.

The more connections there are, the more physical space is occupied by cables and the more time is required for fault detection and replacement. However, the number of channels for wireless communication exceeds the allowable range due to data transmission/reception between multiple sensors and actuators and control devices, making wireless connection unfeasible in reality.

Furthermore, the risk of information leakage to the outside is extremely high in wireless data transmission, and together with the problem of the number of channels, this is a major issue.

To solve this problem, Sees Co., Ltd. has developed and patented a communication system that transmits data using only the transaction part of the blockchain.

This "wireless I/O control Hashchain chip" is connected to a distributed network, so it requires only one channel for wireless communication. This system is so small that it can be connected directly to sensors and actuators.

株式会社シーズは、ブロックチェーンIoT事業の次世代プロダクツとなる「無線I/O制御ハッシュチェーンチップ」の開発を完了させ営業展開を開始いたしました。

「無線I/O制御ハッシュチェーンチップ」はシーズ独自技術であるブロックチェーン第三レイヤーである「ハッシュチェーン」をチップ化したもので、工場やローカルエリアでの無線によるI/O制御を安全に行うことができるものです。

現在、多くの工場では機密保持の目的において外部とのインターネット接続を不可としてエクスクルーシブな環境でかつ有線通信にてセンサやアクチュエータ等と制御装置の間でデータ伝送を行っています。

ここで有線通信ではケーブルが複雑化し、最も多く集約する制御装置周辺ではケーブルの束の直径が数十センチメートルにもなるといいます。

接続数が多いほどケーブルによって物理的なスペースが専有され、故障検出や取り換えにも多大な時間がかかります、このため無線通信を実現しようとする試みが以前から存在しているが、複数のセンサやアクチュエータと制御装置間でデータ送信/受信が行われるため無線通信におけるチャンネル数が許容範囲を超え現実的には無線接続は実現不可能という判断に至っています。

更には無線によるデータ伝送は外部に情報が洩れる危険性が極めて高く、チャンネル数の問題と合わせて大きな課題として存在しています。

この課題を解決するため、株式会社シーズはブロックチェーンのトランザクション部分のみでデータ伝送を行う通信システムを発案し特許化致しました。

この「無線I/O制御ハッシュチェーンチップ」は分散ネットワークに接続されるため無線通信におけるチャンネル数は１チャンネルで済みます、この仕組みをワンチップ化しセンサやアクチュエータに直接接続可能なほど小型化することで工場内のデータ伝送用ケーブルが一掃し極めてシンプルな制御システムが実現します。

As AI using machine learning and deep learning has been spreading rapidly in recent years, there is a risk of AI malfunction due to contamination of input data (data poisoning).

Therefore, it is essential to ensure the safety and reliability of input data, but currently there are no systems to do so.

Similarly, in the case of data input/output with AI via the cloud, it is necessary to ensure and protect the safety of input and output data.

Furthermore, there is a risk that AI products may infringe on copyrights because the generated AI has not been able to prove that the learned data does not contain copyrights or other intellectual property rights, or that it does not contain other pre-existing AI products.

In addition, there are many applications that require proof of political correctness (neutral expression that does not include prejudice or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, etc.) for AI training data and AI output data.

株式会社シーズは、「ＡＩポイズニング防止システム」を商品化し営業展開を開始致しました。

近年急速に機械学習や深層学習を利用したAIが世の中に普及しはじめているなか、AIへの入力データが汚染されてしまう(データポイズニング)ことでAIの機能不全につながる危険性があります。

このため入力データの安全性と信頼性を担保することは必須ですが現在ではこれらを担保するシステムは皆無です。

またクラウドを介してAIとのデータ入出力を行う場合においても、同様に入力データ及び出力データの安全性を担保かつ保護する必要があります。

さらに生成AIでは学習したデータに著作権などの知的財産権が含まれていないこと、他の既AI生成物を含んでいないことを証明することができていないため、AI生成物が著作権侵害となる危険性があります。

加えてAIへの学習データやAIからの出力データがポリティカルコレクトネス(人種・宗教・性別などの違いによる偏見・差別を含まない、中立的な表現)であることを証明することが要求される用途も多くなってきます。

これらから安全且つ最大限にAIを活用できる環境が整っていない現状があります、株式会社シーズはこの課題に対してブロックチェーンを活用して回避させるシステムを考案し実現致しました。
